CITY NICKNAMES Las ciudades estadounidenses a menudo tienen apodos por los que se las conoce informalmente. Por ejemplo, a Nueva York se la llama Big Apple, ya que apple en argot significa gran ciudad. Chicago es Windy City debido a los fuertes vientos que vienen del lago Michigan.
